Hosted by Lenna- the founder of ‘Shift Happens’ – A psychedelic Integration platform dedicated to safe, transformational & fully supported psychedelic experiences.
This workshop is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of the entire psychedelic experience; from the moment you hear the call & through to the integration phase.
*This workshop focuses on psilocybin but most of the principles can be used for other psychedelic experiences.

I’ll be taking you through the 3 phases of the psychedelic journey and offering tips, strategies & tools for each phase.
- Preparation – It starts the moment you hear the call! How can you begin working with your subconscious to prepare for what’s to come?
- The journey – How can you make sure you’re equipped for the experience and can go as deep as possible with maximum support?
- Integration – Now what? How do we integrate these profound insights & experiences into our everyday human existence while remaining grounded in reality?
This meetup with start with a short guided meditation. We’ll then dive into the workshop and there will be time for a Q&A & interaction at various points throughout the evening. There is a LOT of juicy content in this workshop, so make sure you have a journal/pen & paper to hand.

Please arrive ON TIME<—— Latecomers will not be admitted and this meetup is on a first come first served basis. Even better- arrive 5 minutes early to guarantee your spot- the room will open at 18:57.
Due to the confidential nature of the subject matter & because people will be sharing, all cameras must remain ON throughout the call. Confidentiality is important so please be in a private space where you won’t be overheard.
