Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Psychedelics Integration OÜ, governing your use of the Psy-int Platform, which includes the websites, applications, and other offerings from Psychedelics Integration OÜ (collectively, the “Psy-int Platform”). The terms “Psychedelics Integration,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Psychedelics Integration OÜ.

The Platform serves as an online venue that facilitates users in publishing, offering, searching for, and booking services. Those who publish and offer services are referred to as “Coaches,” and those who search for, book, or use services are “Coachees.”

To utilize the comprehensive features of the Psy-int Platform, an account will be created and maintained on your behalf, requiring you to provide and keep your account information up-to-date. Although Psychedelics Integration OÜ provides the Psy-int Platform, it does not own, control, offer, or manage any Sessions provided by Coaches. Thus, Psychedelics Integration OÜ is not a party to contracts made directly between Coaches and Coachees and does not act as an agent for any Member, except as outlined in the Payment Terms Service (“Payment Terms”).

We have additional Terms and Policies that supplement these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection and usage practices, and our Ethical Pledge, which governs coaching activities on our Platform. The Payment Terms govern any payment services offered to Coaches by the Platform.

Coaches are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and third-party contracts related to their Coach Services.

Service Agreement between The Coach and The Platform:

A. Payment

The Coaches agree to pay the platform a monthly subscription to be listed on the website. Payment is set up as an automated payment.In case of late payment, the Platform keeps the right to deactivate the profile until resolved.

B. Cancellation Period

The Coaches can deactivate their subscription with at least one week’s notice before the next payment.

C. Commissions

The Platform charges no commission on coaching clients generated through it

D. Other agreements

The Coaches and the Platform may create further agreements to promote, sell, and generate other clients for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability for Coaches’ Practices

  1. The Platform acts as an intermediary between Coaches and Coachees, providing a venue for Coaches to list and Coachees to book services. Psychedelics Integration OÜ carefully screens and selects experienced, qualified, and trustworthy Coaches. However, the responsibility for maintaining quality, safety, and legality of their services lies with the Coaches themselves. In case of dispute the platform will do it’s best to arrive to a resolution without this meaning any acceptance of liability.
  2. Psychedelics Integration OÜ bears no responsibility and assumes no legal duty for any misconduct, negligence, or other forms of bad practice by Coaches using the Psy-int Platform. The Platform does not verify the qualifications, backgrounds, or abilities of Coaches beyond the information provided by them for their listings.
  3. Any disputes arising from the services provided by a Coach, including but not limited to, claims of malpractice, negligence, or dissatisfaction, shall be resolved between the Coach and the Coachee directly. The Platform is not liable for the resolution of such disputes and shall not be implicated in legal proceedings arising from services booked through the Psy-int Platform.

Legality and Ethics Framework

  1. Any offer of Illegal substances or activities by the Coach is explicitly forbidden during its use of The Platform and when dealing with clients provided by The Platform.
  2. The Coach agrees it will only provide Coaching services to the clients provided by the Platform.
  3. The Coach agrees that it will adjust during its activity with the Platform and clients provided by it to the Ethical Pledge that the Platform shares in this onboarding Process (See Annex A)
  4. The Coach certifies that it will handle directly all its Taxes and Fiscal responsibilities on its Fiscal Residency Country and also will let the Platform know if any specific act of documentation is needed in advance.
  5. The Coach certifies that it possesses any insurance and/or certification needed in its Country of Residency to provide services as a Coach.
  6. The Coach agrees to provide proof of being under a Coaching Supervision Scheme or agrees to work with the Platform to take part in a Coaching Supervision Scheme
  7. The Coach agrees not to provide any diagnosis or service related to a Therapist model through our platform.

Right to Deactivate Profiles

Psychedelics Integration OÜ holds the authority to deactivate or suspend any Coach profile on the Psy-int Platform for actions contrary to our outlined guidelines and ethical standards. The specific grounds for such measures include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Non-responsiveness: A Coach’s failure to respond to consultation requests or communicate with Coachees or the Platform without valid reasons.
  • Client Reports: Instances where a Coach is flagged by a client for engaging in misconduct, practicing poorly, or displaying behaviors that conflict with the Platform’s upheld values and ethics.
  • Authority Misuse: Any form of authority misuse by a Coach that results in exploitation, harm, or significant negative impact on a Coachee, or that compromises the coaching relationship’s integrity.
  • Substance Provision: A Coach’s act of providing substances to a Coachee, which shifts the focus from integration support to substance-assisted therapy, contrary to their role and the guidelines of the Platform.

Should a profile be subject to deactivation, the affected Coach will receive notification detailing the reasons behind the decision. Psychedelics Integration OÜ may, at its discretion, allow for a response or corrective measures from the Coach before making the deactivation final. The possibility of reinstating a profile rests entirely with Psychedelics Integration OÜ and will depend on a comprehensive evaluation of the situation, ensuring alignment with our dedication to fostering a secure, respectful, and ethically driven community.

Duration of the Agreement

The agreement is of unlimited duration and can be canceled at any time by either party with immediate effect, subject to the settlement of payment for services provided up to the point of cancellation.
