This is your invitation to explore your inner universe. Psychedelic experiences can profoundly change us for the better, but only if we effectively integrate their lessons into our daily lives. This journal serves as your sacred space to prepare for and process these insights from non-ordinary states of consciousness.
We invite you to color outside the lines, break the rules, and use this journal in the way that suits you best. Utilize the blank pages to Set the Setting and prepare for the Before, During, and After of your experience.
The journal includes an elastic closure strap and an elastic pen holder loop. It contains ruled blank pages for you to record everything about your journey.

MAPS
Founded in 1986, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on research and education. We aim to foster medical, legal, and cultural changes that allow people to safely use psychedelics and marijuana to enhance mental health, well-being, and connection.
In essence, for the past 36 years, we have been committed to transforming perceptions, discussions, and uses of psychedelics through research, education, and advocacy.
