My personal-development path started when I was 12 when I discovered my mother’s book, "The Journey Home" by Lee Carroll, a story of a metaphysical journey home. It was a fantastic and memorable trip that has remained with me to this day. And led to many insights in the inner and outer worlds, exploring beyond time and space, with eyes and heart wide open.
From a very early age, I knew that music would be an intricate part of my life and it led to 15 years as a performing musician, singer and creative producer.
One of the most insightful teachers I've ever had on my healing journey, besides all the others, was Ayahuasca and other plant medicines. My first encounter with plant medicines started in 2004. Later in my life, I was going through a challenging time, and Ayahuasca started to come into my awareness. My first ceremony was in 2017, where I had a very powerful and intense experience. I am immensely grateful to the spirit of Mother Ayahuasca for the incredible healing and changes in my life. She continues to be my guide and teacher.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with cancer, another great teacher which helped me reconnect with myself.
I was invited to explore the depths and edges of my existence and my connection to life. It was an opening for how I interact and care for my everyday emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. This helped me realise that it was my purpose to be a facilitator of transformation for others going through similar challenges. One of the most transformative lessons that I learned during my journey is that of self-compassion and unconditional self-acceptance.
I am passionate about supporting people to connect them with their Authentic Self through deep reflection, open and honest conversation and compassionate inner listening.
It helps lay down the foundation for your experience, demonstrating a respect for the process and dedication to your healing and prepares your body to receive the medicine. The experience can have a powerful transformative effect on how we view ourselves and the world around us. Returning to everyday life can seem challenging, and an integration practice can help transform the individual awareness gained from psychedelic experiences into the present everyday life for the person.
Regarding Integration, I utilize various modalities such as meditation, sound meditation, bodywork and self-care that will allow you to clear, heal, grow, discover, and live your truth. I believe providing conversations of compassion, trust, and shared understanding allows my clients to express and reconnect to their experiences on a deeper level.
I like to create a calm space for my clients with an open-minded and accepting way of responding to their thoughts and feelings. My coaching style is very intuitive, fostering a trustful and intimate relationship, helping my clients to become more Introspective and connected with their true nature. Through integrative coaching, steps can be taken to allow the insights from my client’s psychedelic experiences to integrate into their lives in a balanced and natural way.
