About Rainer Schafhuber

I have been working in my own practice in Vienna for many years. My work is based on the body-oriented approach of somatic experiencing, supported by somatic Internal Family Systems Therapy. In both approaches, the biological and scientific approach to the true self is the focus. In addition, as a young adult I began to explore the support of expanded states of consciousness and to incorporate it more and more into my professional practice. As well as supporting and accompanying others in their preparation, through the experience and in the integration of their consciousness explorations.

Rainer Schafhuber's approach to integration

During a psychedelic journey, emotions, memories and core beliefs often manifest as complex images, so it can be difficult to distinguish between the projections of our own psyche and the so-called “downloads”. I support you in untangling the different strands of a psychedelic journey in order to regulate your nervous system and build your somatic capacity. The focus is on consolidating the access to the quality of self (our true self) and the universal self experienced during the psychedelic experience and integrating it into everyday life.
