About Christina Clapperton
As a registered social worker and counsellor in private practice for 8 years, I hold a trauma-informed safe and secure container to process whatever comes up.
As a survivor of childhood sexual trauma, I am a living testimony of Post-Traumatic Growth. Through healing and integrating of my past, I became more conscious, loving, and more capable of being in services to others. Finding the medicine of trauma, my spirit guides named me Vivananda, meaning “alive with bliss and joy.” When Ananda – this divine joy is cultivated – it remains in the face of any difficult external circumstance.
I share what I have learned with others: How to reassess non-ordinary states of consciousness in daily life; regulate the nervous system to feel calm and connected; react less from triggers, deepening intimate bonds and fostering healthy relationships.
