About Alexis Arragon

Hello and welcome! Through personal challenges and opportunities to reinvent myself, I have recently become a certified psychedelic coach. My path is to help fellow humans in exploring Consciousness and returning to Self, uncovering their own path on their own terms.

Passionate about beliefs and spirituality since I was a kid, this journey took me to West/ East religious practices and history, philosophy and psychology, personal and spiritual development, and of course modified state of consciousness. It is now time to embrace all those facets and I’ve built a practice in which body, mind and spirit can finally used together to return to the Self and the Source that lies within every one of us.

I also practice Reiki, Taiji Quan and Qi Qong, bioenergetics exercises, work with tuning forks and the power of sound vibration, and will most likely encourage you to count as much on your body as you’re counting on your mind to guide you through your psychedelic experiences.

Alexis Arragon's approach to integration

I personally consider integration as an entire part of the psychedelic experience. Connecting the earlier preparation, the initial intention, and the insights gathered during the experience with a prolonged integration period will greatly improve the quality of your overall experience. Psychedelic integration is also not limited to the more challenging journeys. What’s the point in repeating experiences when the last insights and messages haven’t yet been properly integrated and embodied?

I see the integration period as a gentle and loving effort to bring back what has been experienced under a psychedelic substance into incarnation and everyday life. The real work happens in our material world, this is our “reality”, and it would be foolish to consider spiritual growth only occurs when we’re outside of it. On the contrary.

You will be invited to use a mix of body and mind practices: functional breathing, grounding movements, exploration of the Qi moving through the body, recalling your past, present and future psychedelic experiences and their influence on your life, observing your character traits and allowing for what is through deep empathy and love for yourself.

There is no typical integration process as there is no typical psychedelic experience, so each individual will be suggested to go through a different process and mix of practices. However, I will strongly recommend that integration becomes a process and not a single, one-off session.

Alexis Arragon's offerings

The integration is most effective when understood as a process. Effectiveness requires thoroughness. As such, multiple, longer sessions are favored:

• A single 90min (1h30) session: 100€ (instead of 120€)
• 6 bi-monthly 90min sessions (3-month process): 500€ (instead of 600€)
