About Tamara Strachan
Since experiencing my own psychedelic journey under the supervision of a coach, and their consequent deep inner healing and external transformation, I have become passionate about the potential of expanded states to bring about meaningful and often profound change to peoples’ experiences of the world and their place in it.
It is my belief that journeys that are consciously prepared for and carefully integrated can be particularly impactful and can help to ensure a reduction in potentially harmful experiences…better known as ’bad trips’.
I have completed The EMBARK foundational course in psychedelic facilitation (Toronto Canada), am fully insured and am a recommended Vitality insurance provider.
I am an International Coaching Federation-accredited spiritual life coach, as well as a level 2 Reiki healer.
