About Pavla Araudo

My mission in this world is to be a pointer through the soul labyrinths. Coming from my own wandering through the inner landscapes, I work slowly, through body and stories, with the unseen and the hidden. I work on meeting the Mínótauros within with curiosity, courage, and love. I am trained in yoga, Somatic Experiencing, psychedelic work, and in conscious touch and consent. I have a certification of psychedelic practitioner from the Synthesis Institute, particular focusing on work with psilocybin.

Pavla Araudo's approach to integration

I offer preparation and integration sessions of psychedelic experience(s) from the perspective of soul and body. In my work, I combine the methods I am trained in with loving presence and non-judgmental attitude. I try to follow the present moment unfolding in my clients and use it for working with intention and purpose. I work with preparation and integration of experiences with substances that I have a direct experience with.

My work is deeply rooted in mythology, symbols, stories, and animism. I see myths as vital narratives for understanding the world around us and for understanding life itself. I research old European animistic and ritualistic approaches to altered states of consciousness. I combine this approach with Somatic Experiencing tools. Somatic Experiencing is a method of working with trauma that is about slowing down and being gentle to one’s nervous system.
